In the field of natural resources, he provides counsel to mining and renewable energy companies, to its projects in their various stages of development.
In the real estate area, he mainly advises companies that develop commercial and non-urban real estate projects.
In the regulatory area, he has been active as attorney, company secretary and board member of regulated companies in the areas of water services, securities market and corporations.
He is member of The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (formerly Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation), Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) and the Chilean Bar Association.
