Jorge is a partner at FS Abogados, specializing in labor matters, advising local and foreign companies on the development and strengthening of their relationship with workers, unions and authorities.

In this area, his work is focused on legal advice for establishing business in Chile, hiring personnel, collective negotiations, elaboration of strategies of these processes, due diligence, audits and internal investigations, revision and supervising subcontracts and development of administrative and judicial defenses before authorities and courts.
