Rodrigo works in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate and innovation law. His corporate experience is focalized in corporations, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financing, project development, Startups, all kinds of contracts and, in general, permanent basis advice for companies of different sizes. He also has experience in real estate matters advising clients in different transactions. His experience in innovation matters has been focused on advising several e-commerce sites, and working in issues related to privacy, security and cloud computing. Regarding this last point, Rodrigo is the in-house attorney of Broota (www.broota.com) the biggest equity crowdfunding company in Chile as well advisor of several companies and organizations related to technology and startups.

Rodrigo has postgraduate studies (LL.M.) from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), and worked as a foreign associate in IT Law Group, merged into Greenberg Traurig (Palo Alto, CA), a leading law firm specializing in Privacy, Security and Cloud Computing Law.
